As a SharePoint Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for planning, designing, and developing information systems that enable business process automation, quality improvements, increased collaboration, greater transparency, monitoring of business performance, and improved communication, productivity, and detailed reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education Required: Post-secondary education (Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering)
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft platforms (IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, Windows Server).
  • Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
  • Experience building browser enabled InfoPath forms to be published to SharePoint form libraries
  • Experience with Microsoft Office365 and SharePoint Online, SharePoint Groups and Microsoft Teams
  • Understanding of Microsoft Flow and Power Apps would be an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • High energy, adaptability and sense of urgency
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications/ experience would be an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, customize, and manage team sites, libraries, lists, workflows
  • Maintain appropriate security groups and apply security model to SharePoint
  • Create storyboards, detailed and comprehensive wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and requirements that effectively communicate the site and information architecture design
  • Manage and maintain permission groups, security settings, and site access
  • Design, develop and customize Intranet, department sites and team sites
  • Develop and implement master pages, views, forms, templates, external lists, external content types, custom lists, web parts, master pages and other custom components
