What will your typical day look like?  

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Campus Recruitment Coordinator works in partnership with the Campus Recruitment Advisors in executing a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience by assisting in executing the targeted campus strategy as defined by the Campus Advisor, inclusive of full cycle recruitment and event management. You will work alongside other Campus Recruiters and Coordinators across the country on national large-scale programs to smaller, local targeted events.

 

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Experienced Hires Recruitment Coordinator will provide support to our recruitment advisors and will play a key role in our recruitment process by operating in a Brand Ambassador capacity, ensure that all candidates are provided detailed information throughout the scheduling process, generate various reporting using our applicant tracking system and within Excel, create and post positions, review resumes, screen candidates, and provide feedback and suggestions for any improvements to the recruitment process, standards and tools that will help improve the overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.

The Campus Recruitment team is responsible for all aspects of Deloitte’s campus recruitment process including: on campus engagements, ongoing programs, branding student performance management, recruitment logistics and coordination.

You are someone with:

  • Enrollment in a post secondary program such as human resources, business/commerce or other relevant programs
  • Demonstrated interest or previous recruitment experience considered an asset
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Superb planning and an ability to execute complex initiatives
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requests at one time while maintaining high attention to detail
  • High energy, dynamic individual with the ability to excel in a fast paced professional services environment
  • Bilingual with strong verbal and written skills in French considered an asset
