Position:

The successful student will support the data and analytical initiatives of the Customer Solutions team and has a strong interest in Electric Vehicles and Customer Experience. Activities include data collection and collation, data analysis, and market analysis reporting. We are looking for an intellectually curious and analytically minded individual who is interested in developing data-driven insights that support the needs of the team.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the creation and development of surveys and interviews related to electric vehicle adoption and compile and analyze results
  • Conduct interviews with businesses and individuals to better understand electric vehicle public charging plans
  • Review customer transactions and develop a weekly survey list related to transactional satisfaction
  • Assist with the standardization and data conversion of historical survey data and the maintenance of new data
  • Analyze data related to transactional satisfaction, customer satisfaction, electric vehicle adoption, electric vehicle charging programs, and fleet vehicles
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and communicate results with the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for personal safety and that of co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

The successful student must have at least two years of their undergraduate degree and is enrolled in a co-op program with a focus in data analysis and experimentation (Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a similar discipline). The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and good problem-solving techniques. You must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, have intermediate project management and analytical skills. Experience with analytics tools and process improvement initiatives would be assets. Knowledge of the industry sector is also considered an asset.
