Position: Assistant manager

We are currently seeking an assistant manager for our restaurant operation in Baddeck. The position offers flexible hours which maybe ideal for students looking for hands on experience. Training will be supplied by the employer and accommodations are available if needed.

Some duties and responsibilities include:

• Back of house cooking and dishwashing
• Assist with front of house duties like bussing tables and food service as needed.
• Inventory and food ordering
• Food preparation
• Updating POS as needed
• Assist with advertising and marketing development.
• Answering phone / taking orders
• Cleaning and maintenance
• Assist with special events and functions

 

Position will be part time to start and will become full time in the spring. This will be a great opportunity for someone to get hands on training and experience. Flexible scheduling available for the right candidate and an opportunity to grow with a new company.
