Accountabilities:
The successful student will support the Human Resources Integrated Support team. Activities include assisting with PeopleSoft data and query review and update. Assisting with the review and creation of documentation for the change management process. Updating training documentation for HR IT workflow processes and procedures.
Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
The successful incumbent must be enrolled in a co-op program with a focus in Commerce, Computer Science, Science, or a similar discipline and have completed at least the first year of their program. The candidate must have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with good problem-solving techniques. You must be skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
Knowledge and experience with SQL considered an asset. Experience with analytics tools and process improvement initiatives would be assets. Knowledge of the industry sector is also considered an asset.
Reports To: HR Systems Lead
Salary: To commensurate with qualifications and experience.
