Line/Prep cook. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be punctual, reliable and flexible in regard to shift work. Experience an asset but not necessary.
30 – 45 hours a week
Job Types: Full-time Seasonal
Experience:
- Culinary: 1 year (Preferred)
- cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, Safe Check, Food Handler or equivalent (Preferred)
Job Duties:
- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Additional Duties:
- Recording food temperature
