About the Opportunity
A Training Coordinator manages the training department, which includes developing the training policies of the company, training schedules, and ensuring employees receive the necessary training to complete their jobs in the most efficient and lean way possible. The mission is to serve the company’s employees in a lean, scalable and measurable way.
As Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for all things training, including assessing training needs, designing effective training modules, and implementing programs to take employees closer to their goals. The training Coordinator should be analytical and highly energetic. They should also be flexible, and have strong strategic planning skills. This is a relatively new position, so the candidate should be strong in creating standards and structure that align with our values.
