Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and organized individual to assist our sales team with a wide variety of administrative, reporting and support tasks in one of our luxury dealerships. WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE

  • Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals
  • Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
  • Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
  • Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration.
  • 2-4 years’ experience supporting a sales team would be preferred.
  • Able to complete a wide variety of tasks daily, using varied systems.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Utilize manufacturer specific software to fulfil administrative requirements.
  • Completion of motor vehicle work.
  • Order and maintain supplies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
