Position Summary:
As the Marketing Planning & Integration Student, you will assist in the development and communication of seasonal, budget and other vital marketing plans, following up and holding key cross-functional stakeholders accountable for their contributions.
What you’ll do:
The Mark’s Marketing Planning & Integration Team is responsible for designing and driving customer-centric, best-in-class marketing delivery season to season. In this role, you will partner with Strategic Marketing, Promotional Planning, Digital, Content and key cross-functional teams (e.g. Ecommerce, Purchasing, Store Operations, PR, Partnerships, Triangle) to advance marketing’s strategic and operational capabilities, and strengthen the Mark’s brand.
As the Marketing Planning & Integration Student, you are responsible for assisting with the development and delivery of Mark’s marketing’s strategic annual plan and evolving the development of priorities into detailed seasonal plans, gaining organizational alignment, and overseeing end-to-end operational execution. You will be responsible for assisting with streamlining and gathering of inputs for each phase of the planning process – and for additional requests for information – to build materials for ongoing reviews.
You will assist with facilitating a cohesive annual financial planning process and pursuing monthly ad statement requests if/when issues arise, sharing out of information on an ongoing basis/as needed with key marketing stakeholders and FP&A, holding teams accountable to milestones.

What you’ve done:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Business knowledge and/or experience, preferably with a focus on strategic planning, marketing operations and/or process development
- Portfolio and/or project management knowledge and/or experience to manage intricate, complex workstreams
- Exceptional facilitation and interpersonal skills, influencing to drive results
- Budget management and analytical skillset
