Food Service Worker

(Casual)

 Position Summary:

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the food service supervisor and the director of support services in accordance with the vision, mission and values of the organization; responsible for performing a variety of tasks within a food service operation, including assisting in meal assembly and service and cleaning dining and work areas using proper cleaning and sanitization methods.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education
• Food hygiene course (or willing to take upon hire)
• Ability to follow oral and written instruction
• Ability to meet physical demands of position (i.e. lifting, bending, walking, standing)
• Good attendance and work record
