The Logistics Student Co-op will be based out of Irving Head Office in Dieppe, New Brunswick (100 Midland Drive, E1A 6X4). This is a temporary student position. The primary language of work is English.

The Corporate Logistics Department is looking for a student to help create a Warehouse Manual that will document Irving Consumer Product’s requirements and processes to be followed in all our distribution centres. The manual will become a valuable tool to create standardization in our distribution centres across North America and for onboarding new 3rd Party Distribution Partners. The student will gather information and processes from multiple subject matter experts within the organization and compile a concise, clear document.
Job Requirements
- Education Required: Enrolled in a program studying Supply Chain/Business/Operations Management/Engineering or another relevant field.
- Demonstrated technical writing, time management and communication skills
- Warehouse management knowledge an asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while delivering on-target results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Word, Power Point
