Are you a current Business, Arts, Science or Engineering student looking for employment this fall? Irving Forest Services is currently hiring a student to join our team, based in Saint John, New Brunswick.

 

As a student working in the office, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities directly related to the implementation of a new training system being launched across the Division. In this role, you will provide ongoing support to the Project Lead, giving you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience. Responsibilities include:

• Migrate components (quizzes, documents, etc.) associated with Learning Management System (LMS) required activities
• Assist in applying standardized naming and templates for content in LMS
• Manually create activity groupings by mill
• Develop auditing practices for validation of all content in LMS
• Aid in the development of reports
• Aid in the development of communication of other programs for monitoring data and reporting
• Assist Training Managers and Supervisors on report viewing and monitoring of teams

You Have:

• Education Required: currently enrolled in post-secondary education
• Self-starter, attention to detail, punctual, consistent, and flexible to changing tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently
