JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll play a vital role in the team, working alongside our Customer
Success Representatives. Using the Dash Hudson platform, you’ll create presentation decks and
insights reports for the brands we work with, research their social media performance, and highlight
top performing content. You must have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy a fast-paced environment, have the
ability to work well independently and as part of a team, have a willingness to learn new digital tools
and have excellent time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research and build Customer Insights Decks
Customer Insights Decks are a visually enticing summary of how a brand’s content has been
performing over a defined period. The Customer Success Intern will:
– Research content the brand has posted during the designated period, identifying and
organizing posts into themed boards of top performers.
– Research brand competitors and provide customer insight reports.
– Have a sharp eye for detail and design, these decks represent Dash Hudson.
2. Metrics & Tracking
– Customer engagement and usage tracking.
– Special research projects related to current customers
LEARNING OUTCOMES
– Become an expert in creating Customer Insights Decks. Learn how to build customized
reports using G-suite, highlighting the social media performance data of some of the world’s
top brands.
– Gain an understanding of the social media marketing industry and brand strategies.
– Develop your analytical, problem solving and creative skills.
– Learn how to use various online tools, including HubSpot.
– Learn the Dash Hudson platform and all its features. This will be essential in order to
complete Customer Love Decks.
– Gain an understanding of how Dash Hudson provides value to customers via social media
KPIs, trends, reporting, etc.
