Co-op/Internship Winter 2025: Business Analytics Student (TELUS) All Terms / Etudiant cooperatif tout termes (Contract)
The individual will perform analysis and operational tasks that will aid in the development and deployment of new customers on both our Wireless and Wireline products. This role will be for 8 months starting in January 2025 and will be remote from Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary or Edmonton.
- Data validation in preparation for the migration of accounts into new portal
- Inventory analysis for migration activities
- Port orders for the migrations
- Assist with onboarding activities and documentation
- Assist with training activities
- Documentation and training updates
- Investigate possible automation/BOT activities for some manual activities
What you will require:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to time manage tight deadlines
- Expert on Google Suite of tools
- Analytical Skills
- Clear communication skills verbally and in writing
The pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $20-25 per hour.
