Key Areas of Responsibility: The Strategy Co-op will work closely with the Corporate Strategy & Planning team, learning the details of strategic business planning for a publicly traded company. The Strategy Co-op will also learn about the utility industry trends occurring in our environment and our subsidiary companies in Canada, the US and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing research and analysis support on utility industry trends
  • Coordinating with other affiliates and employees to compile and analyze internal data
  • Creating materials to communicate strategic direction and planning
  • Providing general overall support and ad hoc analysis to support the team.

Required competencies:  Our team is looking for a student who is proficient in the MS Office Suite of software and possesses strong communication, research and analytical skills.

Reports to:  Senior Strategy Advisor
