Qualifications:
Currently Enrolled in a University Degree Program and in Good Academic Standing
Available for Full-Time Work from January – April 2023
Self-Starter, Attention to Detail, Punctual, Consistent, and Flexible to Changing Tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to Work Independently
What You Can Expect from your Work Term:
As a student working in the office, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative activities directly related to the implementation of a new training system being launched across the Division. In this role, you will provide ongoing support to the Project Lead, giving you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience. Responsibilities include:
Migrate components (quizzes, documents, etc.) associated with Learning Management System (LMS) required activities
Assist in applying standardized naming and templates for content in LMS
Manually create activity groupings by mill
Develop auditing practices for validation of all content in LMS
Aid in the development of reports
Aid in the development of communication of other programs for monitoring data and reporting
Assist Training Managers and Supervisors on report viewing and monitoring of teams
