Business Student – Winter 2023 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Student to join our Customer Service Representative Team at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick, for the Winter 2023 Work Term (January – April).

Qualifications:

• Currently pursing a bachelor’s degree in business and in good academic standing
• Available for full-time work from January – April 2023
• Displays initiative and flexibility
• Demonstrates a reliable and safe work ethic
• Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft Suite of products

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Product moving (rolls) in Majiq (Sales System)
• Provide backup for completion of sample requests and phones
• Railcar tracking and analysis
• Claims recording and analysis
• Projects as assigned
• Process improvement initiatives related to pulp/paper sales and transportation logistics
• Back-up for Executive Assistant
• Other admin tasks as assigned
