Position Description / Qualifications
– Must possess excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
– Knowledge of OPERA computer software is an asset.
– Previous front office experience recommended.
– Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
– Candidate should be organized, self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.
– Shifts include weekends, evenings and holidays.
– To provide memorable service which so impresses the guest to ensure repeat visits while maximizing revenues at every available sales opportunity
