Executional Excellence

  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage products.
  • Operate an industrial dishwasher.
  • Sort, stack dishes, and load/unload the dishwasher in a safe manner.
  • Sort, polish, stack, and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner.
  • Ensure the kitchen staff have the dishes/silverware required and guests have clean dishes.
  • Ensure all breakages and chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoried.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE is used when using chemicals and that chemicals are properly stored and organized.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with others.
  • Perform general kitchen cleanup, including garbage removal, and ensuring that floors are always dry and clean.
  • Assist with preparing food as required.
  • Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Receive and put away orders from all suppliers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Physical Demands 

  • Spending long hours moving around, walking, standing, sitting, and kneeling.
  • Frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional ascending and descending of stairs and ramps.
  • Working in a hot kitchen.
