Reception Staff:
- Duties include written and oral communication via phone, email, online bookings, in person.
- Knowledge of basic Excel/Page, Word/Numbers programs. Written communication may also be in long hand so legible script is a must.
- Will provide training of reservation system.
- Need to be comfortable in processing payments of rooms, canteen, completing reports, deposits etc
- Shift work is involved and may include split shifts.
- As first contact with guest, good personal hygiene a must. Dress code is office casual.
- Position ideal for an individual pursuing hotel management or tourism or someone who loves to interact and meet with people of all ages.
