Job Description: 

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Registrar’s Office with 2 upcoming spring convocations.


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good writing skills
  • Strong communication skills including in person, through email and on the phone
  • Organized and efficient; able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience with basic office software, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel


Administration support tasks (before, during and after convocation) related to 2 spring convocations (morning and afternoon) for May 2020 such as:

  • social media support
  • assistance with updates to Registrar’s Office website/Convocation Website
  • set up for grad gown pick up and drop off
  • set up for grad ceremony line ups in Sullivan Field House
  • assistance with ticket allocation and RSVP list
  • attend meetings to discuss operational process of spring convocations with Registrar’s Office
  • other duties as assigned in the planning and preparation for Convocation and President’s Dinner
