Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Registrar’s Office with 2 upcoming spring convocations.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good writing skills
- Strong communication skills including in person, through email and on the phone
- Organized and efficient; able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks
- Experience with basic office software, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities:
Administration support tasks (before, during and after convocation) related to 2 spring convocations (morning and afternoon) for May 2020 such as:
- social media support
- assistance with updates to Registrar’s Office website/Convocation Website
- set up for grad gown pick up and drop off
- set up for grad ceremony line ups in Sullivan Field House
- assistance with ticket allocation and RSVP list
- attend meetings to discuss operational process of spring convocations with Registrar’s Office
- other duties as assigned in the planning and preparation for Convocation and President’s Dinner

15 hrs/week for 10 weeks
