Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Registrar’s Office with fall convocation (virtual ceremony) because of the impact of Covid-19.


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good writing skills
  • Strong communication skills including in person, through email, on the phone & online communication platforms
  • Organized and efficient; able to keep track of multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience with basic office software, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Teams


  • Administrative support tasks before, during and after fall convocation such as social media support, grad gown pick up and drop off.
