Requirements

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Business or Human Resources;
  • Experience in using SharePoint and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, considered an asset;
  • Previous experience in a recruitment environment considered an asset;
  • Results oriented and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Proactive in nature with high level of energy;
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently;
  • Experience with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct background checks;
  • Submit requests for pre-employment testing and assessments;
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews; calling candidates, liaise with hiring managers, booking calendar appointments and meeting rooms, sending confirmation e-mails;
  • Update requisitions in Taleo on a daily basis and throughout recruitments;
  • Other recruitment-related projects as

HR Co-op Student
