The following teams have opportunities available for the Winter 2023 term: Team
What the team is responsible for:
Client Engagement The Client Engagement team is responsible for ensuring ONB’s clients are
supported throughout their growth and development journeys. They do this by

finding strengths and identifying gaps in growth and recruitment plans, creating customized
solutions for each client to optimize their growth, and helping to guide and connect employers to
top talent.
The Finance team encompasses Corporate Accounting, Financial Assistance to Industry and Special
Accounts as well as Strategic Accounts. The team is responsible for financial reporting, financial
and data analysis, operational monitoring, and ensuring financial due diligence.
The Executive Office works directly with the CEO and Senior Leadership team to advance priority
projects and key initiatives. The team works across all lines of business on corporate-wide
projects and also leads coordination with Executive Council Office, the Ministerial office and
ONB’s private sector Board of Directors.

Operational requirement:
All roles are based out of our Fredericton Head Office. Work hours are 8:15am – 4:30 pm, Monday to
Friday.
