Position: Administration Officer
This position will allow the student to broaden their knowledge of working with an administration and organizational support in a financial environment. It will help them understand how a co-operative such as a Credit Union operates.

Duties:
· Processing of entries to establish new loans, mortgages, investments and other products.
· Support of member service through actioning requests for service.
· Review & audit of transactions and documentation to ensure timely service while meeting our internal standards and those of our regulators.
· Monitoring internal service through response to inquiries via phone or email.
· General office duties such as the preparation and dispatch of correspondence both internally and externally to members, filing, mail merges.
Qualifications: Business Undergrad
· Competent in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe
· MS Publisher experience required
· Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, co-operatives and their special qualities as member-owned businesses

Dates: January-April 2022 (15 weeks)
Salary: $16.50 – $18.50 per hour
Hours: 35 per week
