SUPPLY CHAIN STUDENT JOB (SUMMER CO-OP 2022)

During our 16-week paid summer internship program, you’ll experience on-the-job-training, access to mentors, and educational opportunities. But even more importantly, you’ll be challenged and empowered to:

  • Support development of supply chain management tools with an eye on minimizing cost and risk while maximizing supplier capabilitieS
  • Perform Inventory Analysis
  • Work with store operations teams to meet inventory targets while maintaining customer service levels.
  • Conduct process improvement and total cost analyses and prepare budget variance analysis on expenditures
  • Work on projects relevant to current business opportunities, with the opportunity to present work to Senior Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree concentration(s) in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, OR related discipline
  • Good business insight, high-level critical thinking, and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; team player; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct research; ability to lead multiple projects consecutively
  • Proven ability to bring structure to complex problems, pragmatic scoping and problem-solving approach, ability to objectively evaluate options/trade-offs, and develop executive management-level recommendations
  • Previous industry or project management experience
  • Ability to adapt and integrate into teams quickly in a remote working environment
  • Strong attention to detail
