The successful applicant will support continuous improvement initiatives in our finance department. You will also work on:

  • Data analysis leveraging Tableau and Oracle EBS systems;
  • Communicating with business users to resolve outstanding items;
  • Supporting ongoing reviews of business processes, developing and implementing solutions;
  • Validating potential process productivity improvements;
  • Documenting processes, procedures, training documents and process flows.

You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers, by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with a degree or diploma in Business or Commerce. The candidate must also demonstrate:

  • Excellent organizational skills: able to keep self-organized while working on multiple projects;
  • Communication skills: able to clearly & concisely interpret and relay information, including requirements from business users and document procedures;
  • Technical skills and an affinity for learning new software and tools;
  • Be a change & efficiency champion; embracing change to make processes more efficient for users
  • Good critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to problem solve;
  • Experience with Oracle EBS, SharePoint and Tableau considered as an asset.
