Summer 2020 Co-op: Business Analyst Co-op Student

Accountabilities:

Student will be very process oriented and will assist in editing and revising Standard Operating Procedures related to NSPI’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployment. Other accountabilities include:

  • Working with the business to perform analysis to resolve outstanding decisions
  • Working mainly with the AMI deployment and AMI Business Integration teams to identify

    efficiencies, create dashboards, document processes

  • Will support other project teams by representing the business needs, including OCM training and QA testing
  • Entrenching NSPI’s customer experience guiding principles into process design

    You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers, by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations. You will be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives.

    Skills, Capabilities and Experience: The student must be enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of their Business Administration degree program.

    Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word), MS Visio and other computer applications would be an asset. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to work in a team and/or independently. Must have proven technical writing, reporting and researching skills.
