SUMMER 2024 CO-OP: Administrator, Project Solutions – Atlantic Central

Atlantic Central is currently accepting applications for a summer term position of Administrator, Product Solutions.

THE POSITION: 

In the role of Administrator, Product Solutions, you’ll report to the Product Solutions Specialist and be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Product Solutions team. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

  • Prepare communications and provide administrative support to the Product Solutions Team, including maintenance and updates for the Products & Services Training Manual, building multi-media content for credit union education, and audit of internal website content. 
  • Work directly with the Product Solutions Specialists in the development and enhancements of materials and support tools as related to multiple projects. Including multi-media resources such as promotional and educational videos. 
  • Act as primary backup for the monitoring and distribution of email received in the Product Solutions inbox.  
  • Complete other duties and projects as may be assigned. 

 

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE: 

The successful candidate will be working towards completing a certificate or degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Communication or Marketing.

LOCATION: 

This position offers the ability to work remotely and services Atlantic Canada. 

 

HOURS OF WORK: 

This is a full-time summer work term position and the hours of work per week are 37.5 hours. The term for this position will be from May 13, 2024 to August 30, 2024.  

 

COMPENSATION: 

This position will be paid hourly at $23.50 an hour plus vacation pay.
