As an Administrator, Client Services your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with debtors and creditors by answering and returning telephone calls
• Respond to emails & faxes from debtors, creditors and colleagues
• Daily reviews of new files and 3 month review
• Utilize Excel to manage data received via email and faxes
• Responsible for the maintenance of monthly reports and checking proof of claims from creditors
• Communicate between debtors and creditors as required via phone or email
• Contact debtors by phone to arrange, increase payments and for missing information
• Work collaboratively with different departments and colleagues across Canada
• Prepare documents and letters for court purposes
• E-file documents to OSB regarding Notices, agreements, and more
• Oversee management of various different types of assets (i.e. Listing properties, arranging pickups for auction, redeeming investments)
• In charge of basic administration of files-changing payments, updating addresses etc.
• Ability to work 11:30 am to 7:30 pm when/if required

• Desire to learn and grow, and being an integral part of a high performing team
• Ability to be an articulate and versatile communicator, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to execute on deliverables in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Basic understanding of statutory requirements for Bankruptcy and Insolvency would be an asset
• Proficient Computer/Keyboarding skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
• Ability to learn various supporting computer programs and/or applications
