Compensation Package: $36,000 annual salary, plus 25% commission on the sale of new and

Specialist to join their growing team.

As the Product Specialist, you are the dealership’s front-end specialist in the sales cycle.

Your reliable communication skills and ability to easily build relationships, with the help of
your brand and product expertise, will enable you to help customers make the most
informed buying decision by effectively demonstrating the product and answering any
customer inquiries.

Core Accountabilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the front-end specialist in the sales cycle, to
help customers make the most informed buying choice possible. This includes welcoming
and assisting guests, building rapport and gathering information to most effectively direct
the customer and any inquiries as appropriate.
• Become a brand and product line expert to effectively demonstrate the product, including
test drives.
• Maintain brand and product knowledge through training from Colbourne Chrysler and
Chrysler Canada.
• Use the customer database to make sales appointments.
• Use personal networks and business resources to prospect for new customers.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales through marketing support with both Colbourne
Chrysler and Chrysler Canada.
• Assist the Sales Manager in completing the sale.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, or
commensurate experience in a sales environment.
• Experience working in a retail environment in the automotive sector considered an
asset.
• Involvement within the community and extra-curricular activities considered an asset.
• Excellent technical skills, including the ability to learn all aspects of the product line
of the dealership, including product makes, models, technologies, etc.
• Exceptional forward facing customer service skills with the ability to easily build
relationships.
• Exceptional communication and conversational skills.
• High level of professionalism when dealing with diverse groups of people.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks
at one time.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and clean drivers abstract.
