Full Job Description

We are adding a Sales Assistant/Pre-Qualifier to our sales team. This valuable team member will support our sales department in sourcing new and auditing current client lead data . This is not a sales position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain databases of contacts, leads, and clients
• Qualify incoming customer leads
• Assist the team with administrative tasks
• Prepare sales reports to present to the team
• Co-create a ‘Sales Playbook’
• Audit referral partners’ marketing materials, websites, etc
• Assist and support the sales team’s efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Data entry of sales lead information into CRM
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on requests on behalf of the sales teams

 

About you

• Have proven experience in a related position
• Computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Hubspot CRM experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Starting wage will be $13.50 USD per hour
