Part-time: Customer Service Representative – Click2Order

Role and Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt and professional manner. The CSR will be committed to delivering the highest level of customer service to our clients.

The Customer Service Representative will:

  • Respond to telephone, email and chat inquiries, requests, or questions from merchant partners and app users
  • Research and investigate issues to provide most viable solution in a timely manner
  • Enter data into the click2order support ticketing system
  • Conduct proper follow-up to ensure issues are resolved to customer’s satisfaction
  • Escalate more problematic issues to appropriate resource, if necessary
  • Document and communicate in an effective and precise manner with attention to detail
  • All other related tasks.


Experience :

  • A minimum of 3 years prior customer service experience


Skills, knowledge and competencies :

  • Proficient in English both written and verbal
  • Solution-oriented and customer service focussed
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent computer knowledge with ability to quickly learn new software
  • Able to work effectively in a constantly changing environment
  • Resourceful and proactive.

Salary: $13.00-$17.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
