Job Description

  • Support data hygiene and data enhancement efforts for external industry and internal CRM databases
  • Assist in maintaining high quality data and reports in conjunction with CRM users, department managers, clients, and other key stakeholders
  • Liaise with team members to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing
  • Devise, coordinate and conduct data-cleansing initiatives to purge and eliminate corrupt or redundant information from CRM Databases
  • Build client, prospect and competitor intelligence packages that synthesize large amounts of data for our sales and client service teams
  • Conduct and present market research in various mediums including written research reports, summaries, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Assist with other projects and general office duties as required

Assigned Line of Business Requirements

  • Able to work under pressure with high level of commitment to meet deadlines and provide quality work
  • Strong time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
  • Organized, detail and results-oriented
  • Able to adapt quickly to change and is comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Strong/Advanced in MS Office Suite, particularly with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies would be an asset
  • Has a desire to continuously learn and improve, particularly related to industry and investment knowledge
