This role is open to both students and co-op students.

We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Qualifications:

  • Assist with the day to day transportation needs of customers;
  • Obtain, enter, verify and prepare shipping documentation;
  • Track and trace appointment requirements for customer’s shipments;
  • Data entry and other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree;
  • No prior transportation experience required;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations;
  • Organized, detail-oriented – excellent follow-up skills are essential;
  • Ability to quickly adjust/adapt to change;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Team player.
