Are you Adecco Canada’s 2020 CEO for One Month?

The Adecco Group is looking for an ambitious student or recent grad to join our team fora 1 month 6000 Euro internship shadowing our Canadian President Gilbert Boileau a tour Toronto headquarters. As the Canadian CEO for One Month, the selected applicant will have the opportunity to work, travel, and make decisions with the Canadian President: attending all their meetings, running events with their team, and traveling together (if need be).

The responsibilities of the CEO for One Month include:

  • Participating in all executive meetings with the President
  • Working on national projects as a member of the Adecco team
  • Promoting Adecco’s programs to support young people
  • Traveling with the CEO (if necessary)
The CEO for One Month must demonstrate great skills:
  • Complex analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Great self-knowledge and Emotional Intelligence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership and ownership skills
  • Ability to be a team player
  • Mastery of the English language

The CEO for One Month must also demonstrate great values:

The selected applicant will be provided travel to and from Toronto and be provided housing for the duration of the internship. At the end of the internship, the applicant will also have the opportunity to apply for Adecco Global’s one-month CEO internship at our head office in Zurich, Switzerland. This internship represents the experience of a lifetime and a unique opportunity to see what it’s like to be CEO of a Fortune 500 company.
