We have a career opportunity for a Human Resources Student to join our dynamic team at the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment lifecycle, including posting requisitions, screening candidates, conducting pre-employment assessments, and completing reference checks.
  • Liaise between candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Understand the HR systems and ensure they are optimized
  • Receive inquiries and requests from end users and troubleshoot to find a solution
  • Maintain data integrity system support for HR systems
  • Various administrative duties and special assignments as required

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in a Business Administration degree program with a concentration and/or interest in Human Resources Management
  • The ability to set priorities, manage time efficiently, and work with minimal supervision
  • Detail oriented with a focus on ensuring date integrity and delivering high quality work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong analytical & organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong sense of urgency
