Food Equipment Sales Representative

We are an established family owned business providing food equipment and smallwares to commercial and retail consumers throughout Atlantic Canada. We are in search of an additional sales representative to join our dynamic sales team.

Position Details

As a member of our sales team your duties will include:

  • Provide general sales assistance to customers
  • Answer telephone, email and social media enquiries from customers
  • Liaise with suppliers as required
  • Maintain product database as required
  • Data entry of sales and purchasing information as required
  • Operate POS equipment to provide sales counter support
  • Assist with general sales floor duties
  • Monitor all aspects of the sales/shipping process to assure customer satisfaction
  • Other duties may be assigned as required to assist the sales team
  • Office location is Sydney River, Nova Scotia.
  • Outside commercial sales – requires travel to job sites and customer locations within Atlantic Canada


Our preferred candidate is an energetic, outgoing and friendly team player with a desire to learn and excel in our environment. Food industry experience would be an asset. Post secondary education would be an asset. Computer literacy and good keyboarding skills are a must. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Willing to learn and work full time in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation required.
