Please note: This posting is for a 4-month Fall 2022 Student placement with a start date of September 2022, and end date of December 2022. In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2022; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2022), you must require the full 4-month work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

What is the opportunity?

The role will support GRM Regulatory Compliance Management Reliance Model Program’s implementation and sustainability activities.

What will you do?

  • Develop and manage Reliance Model project plan for GRM
  • Partner closely with GRM Operational Risk and Regulatory Management team to track progress against project plan
  • Create GRM Reliance Model process diagrams using tools such as MS power point or visio
  • Update GRM standard operating procedures for Operational Risk and Reliance Model.
  • Reconcile the RegCom and HIVE.
  • Provide regular visibility to senior management on Reliance Model project status, risks and issues for their attention and GRM Operating Committee reporting

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Experience in MS Excel, Power point, Word
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience working with MS Visio and Sharepoint
  • Relationship management and project management capabilities
