Please note: This posting is for a 4-month Fall 2022 Student placement with a start date of September 2022, and end date of December 2022. In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2022; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2022), you must require the full 4-month work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

What is the opportunity?
An opportunity to join the Partnerships team and become an integral part of Ampli’s success by supporting the Partner journey. The Partnerships Success Intern role on the Partnerships team will touch many aspects of the Ampli business; you will be working with the Operations team to assist in onboarding offers, working with the Marketing team to help execute partner marketing strategies, and with the Relationship Management team to support in partner success. If you consider yourself a passionate problem solver, and if you have strong organizational skills that will keep you on track in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
What will you do?

  • You will be an advocate for partner success on the Ampli platform
  • Analyze partner insights against objectives; exploring new customer conversion metrics, basket size metrics, retention metrics.
  • Support in building partner business reviews, case studies, and other reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with relationship managers, operations, marketing, and data teams to deliver partner performance results.
  • Work with success team to assist in developing strategies that enable success on the platform for the partners.
  • You will drive partner success by supporting on a variety of projects and tasks that support partner health on the Partnerships team.

  • Ability to clearly communicate in English, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a group setting and individually
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and systems
  • Capability to multi-task and keep track of multiple projects for multiple partners
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude


  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Experience with Partner Marketing and/or Partner insights
  • Experience and success in both small startup environments and large organizations
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with MS Office products
