Accountabilities:
As a member of the Human Resources team, you will assist with administrative and generalist duties such as:
• Performance management
• Organization development
• Employee orientation, development, and training
• Administration and documentation of policies and programs
• Employee relationship management
• Committee facilitation

You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers, by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business
• Experience in using SharePoint considered an asset
• Previous experience in an HR environment considered an asset
• Results oriented and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive in nature with high level of energy
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
• Experience with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.

Reports to: Senior HR Business Partner

Salary: To commensurate with qualifications and experience.
