We’re hiring solution-minded people excited to help us grow into the future. We are currently looking to fill a term position for a Finance Co-op student working with our Corporate Accounting team.

Accountabilities:
We are looking for an individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The student possesses solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail. The Finance Co-Op Student is accountable to provide assistance and support to the team. This work will include:
• Assisting with tasks related to the month end financial close process such as entering journal entries and preparing certain Balance Sheet account reconciliations
• Assisting with the processing of intercompany transactions in accordance with the Affiliate Code of Conduct
• Assisting with the tracking of intercompany transactions and compiling the supporting documentation which is used for reporting purposes both internally and externally in accordance with the Affiliate Code of Conduct

Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of post-secondary education with a focus on Finance, Accounting or other Business related programs of study. Working knowledge and proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) is required and other computer applications would be an asset. The successful incumbent also has strong communication and analytical skills.

Reports to: Senior Corporate Accountant, CAS

Salary: To commensurate with qualifications and experience.
