Coordinator, Retail Merchandising Summer Student – RBC

What is the opportunity?

This role is part of the Retail Merchandising team under Marketing Communications and Strategy supporting P&CB. The team creates retail experiences that engage clients and staff. This role specializes in creating and executing merchandising strategies for the New Branch Formats, which is a program that is envisioning the future of banking and testing innovative ways of engaging consumers.

What will you do?

• Support Merchandising Manager with processes and projects related to retail merchandising for various branch formats
• End to end project management from brief to post-analysis
• Develop client focused digital and non-digital content for retail environment
• Work collaboratively in the design and development of new store concepts and store fixtures
• Collaborate with internal partners and creative agencies to build digital, visual and interactive merchandising experiences for branch formats
