In this position, you will be given the opportunity to have a wide variety of responsibilities which may include but are not limited to:

  • Coordination and logistics of a variety of Continuous Improvement Lean Six-Sigma courses
  • Contributing in the development of new Continuous Improvement and Design Thinking offerings
  • Participating in the revamp and deployment of the Continuous Improvement onboarding e-learn.
  • Assisting with learning administration and logistics as related to global learning and development programs offered by Imperial and ExxonMobil
  • Assisting with projects supporting the execution of Continuous Improvement, Design Thinking and Data Science and Analytics processes which may include learning, performance management, advertising/marketing and network building
  • Deploying your skills in Data Science and Analytics to derive meaning from survey data
  • Using your creativity to design new solutions
  • Applying innovation and human centred design concepts
  • Being a connector between people, groups

Qualifications Academic:

  • 3rd or 4th year student from Business, Commerce or MBA degree program with strong knowledge of Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science planning to return to school after their work term
