Food & Beverage Server

You like making people smile, have a welcoming nature and like a fast paced work environment. Serving is in your blood and seeing people eat a good meal makes you happy. As a Food & Beverage Server you will:

As the outlet you work in closes, all cleaning duties — floors, tables, buffet as well as sidework duties. – are also part of your role.
  • Be a Host as well as a Server — pouring water, upselling food & beverage, making helpful suggestions, answering questions, remembering names or favorite choices, offering a friendly smile — and maybe even a weather forecast or a local attraction suggestion — is all part of the job.
  • Be a Food & Beverage Professional — understand the food and beverage you are serving so you know what you are speaking about; offer prompt, excellent service to create a wonderful experience for the guest; handle cash/credit accurately and timely.
  • Be a Safety & Security Agent — follow your hotel’s established safety and security policies & procedures. Anticipate problems and call management as needed.
