Clearwater’s Bedford, NS, office requires a Logistics Intern for a four-month term. The anticipated start date for the position is May 2023.

Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to work with and support Clearwater’s logistics/supply chain teams.

Reporting Structure
This position will report to the Transportation Manager.

Major Responsibilities:
o Generate documentation for, coordinate time for orders.
o Assist with arrangement of routings, bookings, rates, special documentation, consolidations, point of clearance, local cartage, tracing,
tracking shipments, and advising customers of any changes.
o Assist with ensuring shipments are not released without credit approval.
o Assist with processing and filing of transportation related invoices.
o Assist with ongoing Logistics projects.
o Assist with entering information in SAP.
o Perform other related duties as assigned.

o Working towards a post-secondary degree in business and/or supply chain management.
