What to Expect

We can’t wait to welcome you to campus, and the newly renovated Sullivan Field House for a weekend of high-calibre basketball. When you arrive on site (1250 Grand Lake Road) we invite you to enter through one of two entrances: The Caper Convenience door located next to the Pit Lounge, or the Courtyard Entrance. Both will be marked with entrance banners.

Ticket tables will be located in the cafeteria, outside of the Pit Lounge. There will be different lines depending on your ticket-type:

  • Fast Pass: If you already have your pre-sale or general admission tournament pass, please use the “fast pass” line, show your pass, and enter the venue.
  • Eventbrite: If you purchased your tournament pass via eventbrite, please show your eventbrite ticket and our team will provide you your tournament pass. After this, you will be able to use the fast-pass line moving forward.
  • Pre-sale pick up/Family of Participating Athletes: If you purchased a pre-sale package but have not yet picked up your merchandise/pass, you will be able to purchase/pick up at the merch table. If you are a parent/family member of a participating athlete who coordinated your tickets through your athletics department, your tickets will be put aside for you to purchase at this table.
  • Single-game ticket: If you have received a single-game ticket from one of our corporate supporters, please exchange your ticket for a game bracelet.
  • Accreditations: If you are a coach, media, or support staff member looking to pick up your accreditation, please let one of our staff members know.

Parking:

On-campus parking is available for $1 per day through the ticket machines located in each parking lot. Please note: Classes are in session on Thursday and Friday which means parking may be more limited during these days. Accessible spaces are available throughout campus.

Food and Beverage

Tim Horton’s will be available in the cafeteria as well as our convenience store, Caper Convenience. The Underground is located outside of the Pit Lounge and includes a variety of pub fare items including burgers, pizza, nachos, stir fry and more. Available for pre-order via the Boost App.

Join us for our Open House on Saturday, March 11, from 11:00am-2:00pm to check out the brand new Capers Hall of Fame!

The Capers Hall of Fame, established in 2018, serves to recognize individuals and teams who exemplify what it means to be a Caper and who have excelled during their time as a CBU student-athlete.
