Book Pick-Up and Delivery Service Now Available

Starting today the library will be offering a pick-up and delivery service for ILL/Novanet Documents and CBU Library books. This service will allow faculty to have items dropped off to their School offices Mon-Fri between 2-3pm. You can request delivery to your School office through the Library ILL/Document Delivery department (see details, below). In addition, you will be able to request delivery of books from the CBU Library Holdings. We will also pick up these materials upon request when you are done with them. Finally, we will also offer a retrieval service from our stacks. If you have a book you want you can request that it be brought down for pick up at the Circulation Desk. We hope that you will take advantage of these increased services and that they help you with your research and teaching.

Where can I pick up my materials?
Document Delivery materials are distributed at the Document Delivery Office of the University Library. Materials requested for delivery by faculty will be delivered to your School Office Monday through Friday 2-3 pm during the Fall and Spring semesters and Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the Summer.

Scanned articles are yours to keep. Borrowed items must be returned to the ILL/Document Delivery Office or Circulation desk by the due date. Please do not remove any affixed straps or documentation from the items on loan.

Pick-up service is available for on-campus faculty. To have library items picked up from your department and returned, please contact ILL/Novanet Express Document Delivery or Library Reserves for CBU items There will also be an online request form on our Website soon. Your contacts are:
