Year three of the Business Network for Aboriginal Youth has begun! This year’s program is made up of 30 Aboriginal students, representing 10 Nova Scotia First Nation communities and 16 high schools. Nine of these students are returning for a second/third year, and 21 are new to the program.
Prior to coming together for the first time at our Opening Conference in December, students were asked to introduce themselves via our Facebook group. The Facebook group via Smartphone technology, is the primary source of communication during the year. Below are some of the comments students made about being involved in year three of the program. Stan tuned in early December for a report on our Opening Conference!
