Student Service Centre

Once you arrive on campus, you will want to know where the Student Service Centre (SCC) is located. The SCC will be your main point of contact for a wide range of CBU services, whether you are a part-time, full-time or graduate student.

Located in B-Wing, the Student Service Centre is the academic record-keeping centre for the institution. It is responsible to create and protect student files and record students' applications, for admissions into programs, registrations, tuition payments, grades and credentials. The Centre serves students and the CBU community by responding to general inquires, administering the academic regulations, co-coordinating updates to the Academic Calendar and overseeing the annual convocation ceremonies.

Admissions staff are available to help students looking to enroll in a CBU program and to work with those seeking prior learning or transfer credit.

SCC staff prepare course and exam timetables and provide students with registration services.

Representatives are available to accept students' payments, to sign student loan documents, to issue transcripts and to record registrations during regular business hours.

CBU identification cards are issued by the Student Service Centre. Each student, faculty and staff member is encouraged to come have their photo taken and have an I.D. card made. The cards are used for library borrowing, meal plans and use of on-campus facilities.
